Sago Palm

The Sago Palm (Cycas revoluta) is an ancient and exotic-looking houseplant that resembles a palm tree.

To care for your Sago Palm, place it in a spot with indirect sunlight to promote healthy growth. Allow the top inch or two of the soil to dry out between waterings and water the plant sparingly. Typically, this may require watering every 2-3 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). However, the frequency of watering can vary based on factors like room temperature, humidity levels, and the size of the plant and its container. In the dormant season (fall and winter), reduce watering even further to avoid overwatering. The Sago Palm is drought-tolerant and prefers slightly drier conditions.
